I forgot to pack Isabel’s bottles in her diaper bag this morning. I got a slightly panicked phone call from her sitter in the middle of my first class. By the time I managed to return her call, she’d already solved the problem. I returned to class kicking and cursing myself anyway.
Yesterday, I felt capable, like I was rocking this mom-student thing. Today, I’m not so sure.
